Superb Villa & Location

We had an amazing stay here. The location is superb set in the hillside with great views. It was very peaceful and private. A great base for exploring the Cahors region. The house is very spacious and very well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The pool was amazing. Great size and depth and well maintained like the rest of the property. Laurent was a great owner and was really responsive to any questions we had. 100% would recommend. Ben, Carrie, Jack and Jenson from the UK

Erholsamer Urlaub

Für unsere Ansprüche als älteres Ehepaar an unseren Urlaub entsprach dieses Feriendomizil voll unseren Erwartungen. Es war sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem in schnell erreichbarer Nähe von Städten, Supermärkten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Das Grundstück war liebevoll gepflegt und eingerichtet. Wir erfreuten uns täglich an den vielen schönen Schmetterlingen. Und dann natürlich der Pool und ein schön angelegter Sitzplatz. Das bewegte uns dazu, auch einige Tage ohne Ausflug nur das Haus zu geniessen. Im Haus fehlte nichts und war für uns zwei natürlich ein grosser Luxus. Wir haben also unseren Urlaub voll genossen.

RIEN A DIRE A PART ... PARFAIT !!

Un séjour plus qu'agréable pour le montant demandé,une piscine parfaitement entretenue,un intérieur moderne,propre,spacieux et bien agencés. Des extérieurs soignés,que ce soit la pelouse,les terrasses,ou le barbecue qui nous a été très utile :-),ainsi qu'un portail électrique qui est vraiment un point positif lorsqu'on est en vacance. Un endroit calme,avec une très jolie vue. Après lecture des commentaires précédents,aucune compréhension pour le négatif. Surtout sur la "porte de la chambre a l'étage" qui ne nous a aucunement dérangé sauf si certaines personnes y vont 20 fois chaque nuit pour des soucis gastriques ;-). Nous y retournerons et la RECOMMANDONS! Félicitations aux propriétaires pour leurs résidence.

Mooi, goed gelegen villa

De villa is zeer goed en rustig gelegen, met een prachtig uitzicht. De foto's op de website stemmen volledig overeen met de realiteit. In de woning is alles voorzien wat men nodig heeft. Het zwembad is goed onderhouden, we hebben er de volle 14 dagen van ons verblijf met plezier gebruik van gemaakt. Wij zullen deze vakantiewoning dan ook zeker aanraden aan familie en vrienden. Een aan te raden restaurant bevindt zich op 10 km in Prayssac en heet 'Ô Plaisir des sens'.

Agréable villa dans une belle région

Nous nous sommes dans un premier temps méfiés en raison des fautes d'orthographes sur le contrat, des clauses poussées à l'extrême, du paiement de la caution par virement avant l'arrivée mais nous avons été agréablement surpris. La propriété est très jolie et elle présentait tout le confort nécessaire pour deux couples et deux enfants (lit bb, baignoire et chaise haute bb). La piscine est spacieuse et le bassin enfant est appréciable. La villa est située dans un lieu calme et verdoyant. Ce sont les propriétaires qui nous ont remis les clefs et qui nettoyaient régulièrement la piscine. Nous recommanderions sans hésiter cette location qui n'est pas si chère pour les équipements proposés. Cependant je conseillerais aux propriétaires d'être moins évasifs et de répondre plus précisément aux questions que nous leur posons par mail car nous devenons vite suspicieux sans raison.

Décevant

Après les fautes d'orthographe et les clauses abusives sur le contrat, nous aurions dû nous méfier. Mais des vacances étaient fortement attendues et nous avions jeté notre dévolu sur cette location. Les plus: matériaux et équipements de qualité à l'intérieur mais un manque évident d'isolation dans les plafonds (voir plus loin pour le nid de guêpes). A notre arrivée, la maison était propre et les extérieurs bien entretenus. Les moins: pas suffisamment de bains de soleil pour l'ensemble des locataires (4 pour 6) et une "chambre" qui n'en n'est pas une car en mezzanine sur le hall d'entrée et l'accès aux toilettes donc sans aucune intimité et très bruyante. Notre séjour (du 26-07 au 09-08-2014) : A l'arrivée, pas d'état des lieux (la clef est récupérée chez un voisin), piscine verte, pleine d'algues, et signalement de la présence d'un nid de guêpes dans le plafond de la pièce de vie. Le nid de guêpe n'a été traité que le ... samedi suivant, après que les insectes ont pénétré dans la pièce de vie en perçant le placoplâtre et malgré notre insistance à faire venir un professionnel (le propriétaire ayant d'abord décommandé le-dit professionnel pour finalement lui demander d'intervenir mais plus tard). Ce nid de guêpes a été difficile à éradiquer car extrêmement étendu sûrement en raison d'une isolation médiocre dans le plafond. De plus, il nous a fallu régler le professionnel de son intervention (le propriétaire a promis de nous rembourser...à suivre). La piscine, verte à notre arrivée, n'a été conforme à l'attente que l'on peu espérer que le jeudi de la seconde semaine. C'est grâce à la connaissance de l'un de nous sur les produits à mettre que l'eau est devenue claire et conforme (pas possible de se baigner pendant le traitement de choc). Et encore, il nous a été confié le robot d'entretien pour que nous nous occupions de l'entretien. Nous avons donc pu profiter de la piscine 2 jours sur 14! Le prix de la location est de ce fait bien supérieur à la prestation présentée. En aucun cas nous ne recommanderions cette location à un ami et il est bien évident que nous n'y retournerons jamais et tenterons d'oublier bien vite les vacances 2014 en demi-teinte.
