I was there for 3 nights. Overall, it was really hard to communicate in English in Lviv, but it was really easy at the hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are small but enough, since you spend most of your time outside. Food is good, and staff is very helpful. Definitely recommend it.

rather average breakfast (by Ukrainian standards), no lift, service personnel not unwilling but often did not seem to know how good service should be (compared to other good hotels), some weird to funny room decor (mirror under the ceiling) -all in all acceptable but a bit strange.

20 mins walk from the centre

hotel's fine with a decent swimming pool. room 4 was a tad small so didn't really feel comfortable in the room although the shower was v good. the hotel's a short stride away from the large cemetery (lychakiv), which does merit a visit esp the military zones (v sad). we spent 6 days in this part of ukraine as it was my first ever visit back to my parent's homeland so didn't disappoint as i wanted to hear pure ukrainian spoken and tried to brush up on my own ukrainian. walked to all the best bits of the city plus took a few tram rides. all in all, quite expensive to fly to lviv but v inexpensive to eat/drink there

The hotel is a good 12 to 15 minute walk to the old town area. There is a small bar, convenience store and restaurant close. The hotel restaurant is very good with excellent staff.

Уютный отель в тихом месте

Замечательный отель в нескольких км от центра города, куда можно пройтись прогулочным шагом или подъехать на городском транспорте. От отеля легко добраться до Шевченковского гая или Личаковского кладбища. Персонал приветливый. Эконом номер нам достался маленький, но со всем необходимым: тапочки, фен, даже мини-бар. По какой-то непонятной причине в стоимость оказался не включен завтрак, хотя ни где при бронировании об этом не было сказано. Но во Львове хватает мест, где можно позавтракать, так что не проблема.

Hôtel proche du centre, au calme, et très agréable

Très apprécié la communcation avec le personnel, parfois pas facile pour la langue locale, mais en anglais pratique. personnel disponible et très serviable. très bonne restauration. Manque de brochure pour visiter la ville. regrette l'étroitesse de la chambre et la disposition de la salle de bain avec une douche trop haute pour accéder.

Correct!!

Hotel correct sans plus. J'avais demandé un lit simple, nous avons eu deux petits lits. Pour un séjour en couple ce n'est pas l'idéal. Le petit déjeuner est correct quoique limité. Je ne jugerai pas les repas car nous avons mangé a l'extérieur du restaurant de l'hôtel. Malgré les deux petits lits, la literie est excellente. Le wifi est accessible dans tout l'établissement y compris dans les chambres. La télévision fonctionne à merveille avec une trentaine de programmes accessibles.

Pleasant and peaceful

Beautifully decorated, accommodating staff, our of the way but still connected by rail car to downtown. The hotel food was excellent. It made our stay very enjoyable.

Excellent value, great location, small room

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. Best of all, there are signs pointing back to the hotel everywhere - a great surprise for someone who doesn't speak the language! The room was small but very nice with a small balcony that included a table and chairs overlooking the pool. The clerk that was on shift when we arrived was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and even made me a cup of coffee when I woke up before the kitchen opened. Breakfast was excellent and not just because it was included. Highly recommended.

Was very impressed.. Had a very late arrival with an early departure and hotel were more than accommodating with arrival and departure. Offered breakfast packs for us to travel with as we're were leaving before breakfast. Disappointed with sofa bed option - was a little uncomfortable but overall good accommodation

great location. a short pleasant walk to the old town which takes about 10 minutes. a nice, safe neighbourhood to stay in. I would highly reciommend it. staff were excellent, and they served a great breakfast (included).

Watch for hidden charges

Overall impression was very good; apart from surly (male) receptionist and UAH50/day for parking. From reviews by previous guests was aware of hidden costs, though still disappointed by parking charge.
