"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We saw multiple cockroaches during our stay, which was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, I had to ask FOUR separate times, waited 3 days just to get a simple iron brought to the room. And instead of apologizing , they argued and provided excuses. The service was disorganized and clearly didn’t care about guests.
The hotel is also overpriced for what you get. For less money, you can stay at Akra Antalya and receive far better service, cleaner facilities, and actual amenities worth paying for.
The noise was unbearable — constant traffic sounds from the road and loud music blasting until 6 AM every night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When we arrived, staff even told us the room had just been sealed with silicone, and the entire room smelled strongly of chemicals exactly as they warned. Everything about the place felt cheap, poorly maintained, and low quality.
I would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone"
