「Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs.
Street was fairly quiet at night.
Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us.
Would stay again.」

「Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received」

「First the positives: location is excellent, tranquil, great for sea wall walks but not too far to the high street. Booking process was seamless. The Boat House has a lovely garden and looks cute.
