We stayed in what Hall & Woodhouse call an "Indulgence with seaview" room. Yes, it had a fabulous view across to the Needles on the Isle of Wight. The staff were great and we always felt welcome. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was sparkling. The latter had a bath with shower combination.

The Hotel is really good and would stay again. I would suggest that if you had problems with stairs you would tell them that prior to booking . We were in a top floor room which was lovely but difficult, at our age and (dis)ability to deal with. As stated, we would definitely stay again.
