「Good Hotel ✔️」

「The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator...

「The room was disgusting! Not clean at all! The comforter had stains all over it and the bathtub was filthy and the shower curtain was moldy. We had the front desk put us in another room and it had the same issues. So obviously this hotel does not care to clean any of its rooms. Also the TV did not work. I will never stay at another Quality Inn again. I would suggest no one stay at this hotel.」
