“A/C issues while we were there, but the rooms were fine and unaffected. Only the halls were hot and they had fans on. We did not receive room service such as cleaning rooms and restocking of towels; I even asked for this. I spent some time at the pool. The pump was not on, the pool was cloudy, and was not well cleaned. However, the staff that day was great!”

“This place was absolutely disgusting, we walked in and there were roaches on the bed, room was dirty, sheets looked unwashed. Needless to say we got our money refunded and left.”

“The hotel needed better management as far as cleanliness and they lack the ability to make the guest aware of their amenities. We were looking forward to using the pool but they fail to mention that the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. This was disappointing and I had to ask if they could accommodate us in anyway and the front desk had no suggestions but for us to stay at another Fairfield 20 miles away.”

“Front desk was really nice and friendly. The King room was not ready so we were assigned two Queen beds room ... not what we really wanted. Pool was nice but did not open until 5pm. Room was mostly clean but we only had ONE serving of coffee in the morning. In addition, the slide in piece for coffee was the wrong size so we could not make coffee in the room. Lastly, the plastic rods to close the curtains were broken so we had to adjust. ”

“It’s a family hotel. The front desk clerk took forever checking out done youths that were purchasing some drinks. The room smelled stale. It looked clean but didn’t feel clean like other hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom curtain had mold stains on it which it’s ridiculous and unhygienic.”
