“The space was great, especially the sitting room area. We really enjoyed our stay here except for one odd thing - the property manager scheduled carpet cleaning for the middle of our 2 night stay. I don't normally check my email while on vacation, but I just happened to check and saw a message that carpet cleaners would be coming. “Lovely peaceful location just around the corner from the beach. Small shop, cafes and bar near by, we’d recommend a visit to the ice cream parlour - lots of flavours with vegan and doggy options. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was seamless and the host responded quickly to all communications. “Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths. The room was not clean enough, much room for improvement there. Broken ornaments, sticky floor, torn material and squeaky stools. Appliances not cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too heavy. Carpet in the hallways leading to the room was very dirty. The dryer was grinding like crazy……

“Loved the location, by walks and the sea. The living space and bathroom areas are fabulous and large. Everything you could need in the kitchen, the drier was a bonus after using the hot tub (lush), we could dry our towels. Would stay again definitely. Hanging in bedroom was a bit wobbly, could do with fixing. A couple more hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be useful. These are very minor though and did not affect our holiday at all.”

"We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is a must try. We landed in Sun and had the luck with the Sunday roast. Tender roast beef, crispy Yorkshire pudding plus lots of veggies. It's a great place for watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back for another cruise starting Southampton."
