“This is a spacious, modern apartment smack in Cleveland’s adorable, historic, walkable Little Italy neighborhood. The apartment comes with a well equipped kitchen, its own clothes washer and dryer, and an assigned, secure parking space in the first floor garage. Great bed! TV in bedroom & living room. Windows that open! Little Italy is filled with restaurants, cafes, a small but well stocked neighborhood grocery and many art galleries. Within an easy walk you can visit Cleveland’s amazing……

“We wanted this location for the the proximity to Little Italy and the art museum. It was within walking distance to many restaurants. However, I was not notified until the morning of arrival that street parking would be a MAJOR challenge. It has been torn up completely for water line repairs and closed from 7am-5pm. The sidewalks all along the street are pretty treacherous from the construction and repair activities. I would never have chosen this unit had known this and am disappointed it was……

“Great location for Case Western, very clean, owner was easy to communicate with, parking was included. No complaints, would consider staying here again!”

“The bed sheets are terrible, there's white stuff material coming out from the bed sheets and sticks all over your clothes. A very weird smell in the the room and hallway. Windows are paper thin that you can hear people outside having conversations from the second floor. Price and location was great and the fact that it had a fridge and stove top with microwave was great too.”

“In a very good area, clean and easy access. Loved the location and setup of the space. Would definitely book again”

“Beautiful cottage. Clean, quiet, & peaceful. Easy access. Will definitely book again! Thanks for everything!”

“The carriage house was a comfortable and well equipped place to stay. Conveniently located for our purposes and yet secluded enough to provide space to get the dog outside, or sit in the sun and relax, or listen to the rich symphony of birds singing.”
