「The property was more private than we were anticipating. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end gravel road. The house has it's own dock and boat launch, which was not expected. We brought our fishing boat, so it was perfect! There were a lot of backup supplies that came in handy, also. The house is a bit dated, but we did not mind; it did not affect our experience at all. A couple critiques: consider putting curtains on the windows (especially the bedrooms.) There is central AC, but the bedrooms...

「We had a group of 6 stay here for 3 days while attending a music festival in Clinton IA. The location is convenient and the property is very well stocked and comfortable. The deck was an awesome hang out spot and the property was clean and well kept. We'll definitely stay again!」
