Coysevox - Nice cosy studio city center

Located in one of Lyon's liveliest districts, in the 1st arrondissement, just a few minutes' walk from Place des Terreaux and the Lyon Opera, you'll appreciate the calm and comfort of this cosy, recently renovated studio on the 4th floor (no elevator).

You're sure to enjoy your stay in this well-appointed 15 m² studio equipped with a folding double bed, HD TV, a small fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and table for 2, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

**Our services**

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

We had a lovely stay! The room is small but cute and has everything you need. The location is awesome, close to Hotel de Ville, Old Town and Croix-Rousse. I would definitely stay there again!
