SILK - Studio en plein coeur de Lyon
Cocoonr agency, offers you to rent, a studio located in the Croix-Rousse district (4ᵉ arrondissement), a stone's throw from Place Bertone. A T1 Bis, located on the 3ᵉ floor without elevator. The apartment overlooks a quiet inner courtyard.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- An entrance leading to the sliding door to the bathroom, consisting of a cabinet with a basin, a towel rail, the WC and a shower.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area: microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, utensils for preparing meals.
- A mezzanine with the sleeping area, with a 140cm bed, TV, wifi box, and a small closet space.
Neighborhood:
The bohemian Croix-Rousse district is a labyrinth of tree-lined squares lined with houses that once housed weavers' workshops. The Mur des Canuts fresco features a scene of silk-weaving workers, and the Maison des Canuts museum offers demonstrations of silk-weaving. The daily market on boulevard de la Croix-Rousse features stalls selling olives and cheese. Sophisticated patisseries, trendy wine bars and art galleries draw crowds.
Public transport :
- Line C: Croix-Rousse stop
- Bus lines: 33-45-C13-C6-S6 -38
- Nearest train station: Part-dieu, with bus 38 (departure in front of the Croix-Rousse hospital) in 20 minutes. Perrache station: Line C to Hotel de ville, then line A to Perrache.
Other notes :
- Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as kitchen towels, bath mats and some welcome products. Beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy your stay.
- Wifi access is free.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
