Cocoonr is offering a studio flat to let in the Croix-Rousse neighbourhood (4th arrondissement), just a stone’s throw from Place Bertone. A one-bedroom-plus flat, situated on the 3rd floor with no lift. The flat overlooks a quiet inner courtyard.

The studio is laid out as follows:
- An entrance hall leading to the sliding door of the bathroom, which features a vanity unit with a washbasin, a heated towel rail, a toilet and a shower.
- A fitted kitchen with a dining area: equipped with a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a toaster and all the utensils needed to prepare a meal.
- A mezzanine with the sleeping area, featuring a bed (140x190), a television, a Wi-Fi router, and a small wardrobe and cupboard.

The neighbourhood:
The bohemian neighbourhood of Croix-Rousse is a labyrinth of tree-lined squares, flanked by houses that once housed weavers’ workshops. The mural on the Mur des Canuts features a scene depicting workers weaving silk, and the Maison des Canuts museum offers demonstrations of how this fabric is made. The market on Boulevard de la Croix-Rousse, which takes place every day, features stalls selling olives and cheese. Refined patisseries, trendy wine bars and art galleries attract crowds.

- Bus routes: 33, 45, C13, C6, S6, 38
- Nearest station: Part-Dieu, accessible via bus 38 (departing from outside the Hôpital de la Croix-Rousse) in 20 minutes. Perrache station: Line C to Hôtel de Ville, then Line A to Perrache.
