“On arrival hot tub disgusting not fit to use, however this was rectified quickly and sorted on the Monday. 1st floor toilet out of order meaning guest had to use toilet on other floors which was very inconvenient with children. Curtain poles in bedroom fell down every time a window was opened or closed. No lamps worked in that bedroom and several light bulbs were not working throughout the property. It was very dark downstairs lighting could do with upgrading. No hand basin in downstairs……

“Nous n avons finalement pas dormi sur place. Ensemble trop triste et pas accueillant, literie pas très propre (oreiller). Pas du tout en adéquation avec le prix demandé.”
