“The pros - staff, food, location The cons - thin walls. I could hear entire conversations next door, if someone ran water, etc. Staff was attentive and quick though. It’s a walkable distance to Bourbon & Canal. Expect some noise through the night/morning just due to the location. If you’re staying over here, that should be a given. “Security deposit was 120/night and there was a 75 dollar fee that they take out from that. Most staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, spacious. The refrigerator wasn't working and it seem like someone had unplug the dryer to hard because part of it was in the outlet. The gym is very small, the pool was closed. Aside from that we had daily housekeeping and they were doing some construction during the week.”

“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
