Worst stay ever.
Just an empty room. No towels (all the dirty ones were laying in a big pile.
Bathroom smelled moldy. Manager tried to move me to a smaller room upon arrival and wanted me to pay full price, even though amount was paid to hotels.com upon booking.
All guests kept complaining. No cleaning, doors could not lock, key cards was not working etc.
WiFi was so slow and kept disconnecting you.
I really cannot emphasize how bad this is. Pay a little extra and choose an accomodation which will not ruin you stay at the maldives.

Endast 12 rum.

Kehno aamiainen.

I felt like I know the stuff for years! They are so kind and friendly, always ready to help. Also, loved the garden, where I enjoyed the breakfasts with the ocean view. I would suggest this relaxing and friendly place to everyone!
If you like dirty and worn out, this is your place
Everything in the room was worn out or broken (5 light switches didn’t work, closet and table fell apart, 2 lights were about to die, the tv didn’t work etc.). It was NOT possible to lock the door to the balcony. So in theory everybody can enter the room if they want to. Actually, it was impossible to close the door so we had to tape it together to get the mosquitos outside. There was no lock (as mentioned) available in the room. The curtain doesn’t cover all the windows. There is light coming in the room from outside and also from the bathroom as the windows are very big and you can’t cover it.
The room was very dirty! We are used to travel a lot and to stay in dirty hostels, but this was bizar. The bin was not emptied, there were pickles in it with an unpretty smell and flies around it. The little soap bottles where half empty and looked so old they probably stood there for ages. The shower only gives cold water. There were hairs everywhere in the entire room, there was mole on the walls, toilet etc. The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet itself and it was loose so not nice to sit down. The smell of the toilet and sewer was horrible!!!
There is a lot of noise from the common area where all the rooms are situated.
At 6am you’ll be waked with the smell from the kitchen.
After 3 days of using the same towel we had to ask ourselves for new towels.
The positive points: the very nice view from the room and the bed was good!
The hotel was alright although a bit dark. It had a window but you wouldn't get any sunlight through it. Most of the staff, however, was very welcoming and friendly. It was clean and all in all it was a good stay but there are nicer hotels available. But breakfast was always nicely done :)
May be the room is not perfect, but the service from the friendly staff was excellent. I reached Maafushi without telling Seven Corals, their staff was waiting for me. After when I arrived hotel, they told me everything I need to know about all activities could do in the island. If you book with them, they will notice you and brought you to the waiting point.
It was excellent experience to stay in Seven. Corals. Don’t miss out the lovely sunrise on the beach where just in front of the hotel. Highly recommend to everyone who’s planning to go to Maafushi.
Had an amazing week on seven corals! The staff was so helpful with everything from airport transfer to day trips and recommendations of restaurants and activities on the island.
I recommend to book one of the sea view rooms, which according to me have a better standard than the other room we stayed in for the first two days.
We would be glad to come back to seven corals!

Average
Well located. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is ok but you don't get to choose. They make it early to accommodate early departures. They meet u at the jetty and carry your bags also on the way back. They also help sort out your ferry. Wi-Fi is slow but this is not unusual in Maldives. What I didn't like is the room. I booked a deluxe room with TV and king sized bed but there was nothing deluxe about it. It only had the tiniest window I've ever seen. So no natural light or fresh air. And with a single working lightbulb this felt like a dark hole. The TV was also missing and even after asking they did not bring a TV or moved me to another room. Strong bad smell coming from the bathroom due to bad plumbing. The strangest thing is the bathroom doesn't have a door but a fully transparent window instead. So if like most people you like some privacy while you use the toilet this place is not for you. Overall, an average experience.
