「I have an overall positive feeling about this camp, but several issues kept me from giving it a higher score. I would rate it 3 stars. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level. I was exhausted from the journey and wanted to rest and sleep upon arrival, but we couldn’t use the room and ended up waiting in the restaurant instead. The check-in process was also quite frustrating....

「The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area). If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself...

「Hi there this review is a bit late but I would just like to thank the staff, Thaer was great during my stay, and on the fianl night I broke my leg and the manager I think He was called Mamoun, came from home to stay with me at the hospital while I was being treated, they were fantastic and couldnt have been nicer to me with my broken leg」

「Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready...

「The experience in Romantic Moment Rum is inexplicable as it seems like you're in another planet. As for the camp, Atef, the owner was incredibly accommodating and so easy to deal with. The food at the camp's kitchen could be better; it's mediocre, to say the least because Jordanian foods are generally savory. Lastly, (I hope they change this...) you'll have to pay extra for a bottle of water or a cup of coffee or juice on top of the 15 JD mediocre dinner. However, if you can look past the food...
