「The woman that owns and manages the property is so nice. The place is very old school looking but they are slowly renovating it one at a time. Despite this it was really homely feeling and actually we really liked the fact it didn’t just look like a hotel.
We will be back next year 」

「Great location in Skegness. Plenty of free parking in surrounding roads when we arrived the key was not in the lockbox however when we called they came round straight away with a key. The room is very basic. Mattress needs replacing springs in your back. The room and bathroom were clean however the crockery was dirty and cutlery had rust. Microwave was very old. Shower head needs replacing. Location was perfect and only £50 a night you get what you pay for. Not sure how it's getting the...

「Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

「Ideal location,Short drive to seafront, children’s activities and amenities.
Extremely Worn out upholstery and cooking utensils needs immediate attention. We Ended buying our own cups,cutlery and kettle, not something we were supposed to, it was a disappointment.
Extremely poor service by property management company Wallis, it took them 4 hours to sort some towels, it ruined our morning too!」
