Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.”

“The location of the Riverhouse was convenient to town yet quiet. We enjoyed the sunsets from this beautiful riverside property, as well as the birds and the two friendly neighbor dogs and chickens! Front yard was fully fenced with a nice green lawn for our dog. In addition, the house was comfortable and interestingly furnished. Thanks for the pleasant experience!”

“It was a good value and dog friendly. The room was clean and the grounds are very nice. The view from the restaurant was amazing. There is a walking trail along the river. Not many eating options nearby, so this place is ideal for a visit where you want to hunker down and focus on a good book. ”
