“The staff is excellent and the location near the river is perfect. We were spoiled with the 1st of July snow bird air show.”

“What a lovely surprise. The Canvas Hotel Moncton exceeded my expectation on all fronts. The front desk staff were superb, and Mel seemed to be everywhere with a friendly word. I’m not sure of his role but he’s great. the Junior Suite I booked was roomy and well equipped. Palette roof top bar had a lovely ambience, great cocktails and interesting small plates. Vehicle charging was limited to two spots but I got lucky. Overall, I’m looking for an excuse to go back to Moncton so I can stay at……

“The hotel was beautiful and spacious, with a warm and inviting feel with eclectic decor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable getaway. Parking was easy, and the staff was quick to provide support when we accidentally locked ourselves out. It was a perfect stay and we’ll definitely return when back in the area”

“The apartment was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. There are only windows at the front and back so it can be dark. The walls are thin so noise can be an issue. All in all a good stay.”

“Check in took 30 minutes, only one staff member working the front desk. Pool could have been cleaner, good selection of breakfast food but not enough seating”

Owners of the hotel,Mr.Ma & Mrs.Zhang both are very nice, not only offer us a free upgraded wonderful family Room as we travelled with junior daughter with lots of luggages, but also give us Great helps and advices while staying. absolutely Great memories and will definately miss them. wish all the best:)”

“The property was a a very old house in a poorer area. The bed was only a double. The worst was the fact that there was no heat. There was mold in the bathroom.”

“It was an amazing stay and I almost want to gatekeep it. Definitely our best stay during our East Coast trip with my family. The rooms were great, housekeeping was amazing, the front desk was helpful with everything and the dietary staff was super helpful with the great breakfast and allergen/nutrition info. Definitely would stay again.”

“Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup.”

“A bit pricy but very clean and well maintained. As depicted/described. There is no front desk but the costumer service line is super responsive and helpful, they even allowed me to check out late. Doesn't have elevator though so I had to carry my bags up the stairs.”
