"Conveniently located off I-10, easily accessible and close to some restaurants, this is a modest motel at a modest price. The rooms are referred to as “new” put that refers to some furnishings and fixtures, as the walls and structure are far from new. The coffee maker was badly broken and the breakfast room doubles as storage and looks prison like. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Check in/out was ok. No coffee in lobby or room, room had cobwebs in corners, floor needed a better cleaning, refrigerator made loud noise, gnats in room. Back side next to woods so understandable. Bed okay, a/c okay, t.v. okay. Low price= low standards."
