“The property and cottage were well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay. The ad stated that there would be an additional charge for pets without a value. Upon reaching out it was not clarified and ended up being $75 per dog on arrival. It would be appreciated if that was communicated prior. Our initial greetings with the host were rushed and there were errors with the wifi connection effecting our payment. The host persisted that I must use another form of payment while standing outside……

We loved the extra touches like kayaks, canoes, and other amenities that gave us plenty to do. Even though it rained for three days, we still had a wonderful time both relaxing indoors and enjoying the waterfront whenever the weather cleared.The setting is quiet and peaceful, yet just a 20-minute drive……

“We had 3 dry days, 4 wet, the fact that our host (Tom) was quick to respond to any questions we had and a very well equipped cottage with everything you could ask for made our stay very enjoyable despite the weather. You had a great view from the cottage and the location was quiet, we were able to tour parts of the lake which was our main objective We think that our host went above and beyond giving us local information as to shopping and sights to see, wouldn't hesitate to book with Tom again!”
