「Ohne Zweifel, eines der besten Hotels in denen wir je waren! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und der Strand fantastisch. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern die super eingerichtet war. Die Küche war fast besser als zu Hause. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hat uns sogar einen late Checkout ohne Mehrkosten erlaubt. 「Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

「We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited!
