"My son had a slight alergic reaction to the bed sheets during our stay at the hotel. As soon as we brought the issue up, the management team all showed care about the situation. Although the hotel was not able to provide the medication to treat the problem, alternate solutions were provided by the management team. The facilities at the hotel was amazing and we had a great family vacation despite the curve ball thrown at us. "
