“The property is outdated but they tried to maintain the cleanliness.
The towels were clean and white.
However, we turned off the aircon but the room still chilled.”

"I’m genuinely convinced this hotel has secretly hired mind-readers and teleporters—because the service was that fast, warm, and ridiculously thoughtful! They surprised me with a birthday cake and even sang to me, turning my special day into a memory I’ll be smiling about for years. From start to finish, everything felt effortless and genuinely caring. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Macau—absolutely unforgettable!"
