「Love little break」

「Very disappointing. Room was cold and tv not working. Left voicemail for contact twice but received no response. Had to put spare duvet on top of bed. The fact that this spare duvet was in the wardrobe perhaps indicates that the lack of heat is a continuing problem. Internet was intermittent and difficult to get. Towels very hard - suggest you take your own.」

「Very cosy and warm environment; friendly and helpful hosts; great breakfast; safe private parking facilities; excellent location for sight-seeing and visiting Buxton town. Highly recommended.」

「Absolutely lovely accommodation, great location and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.」

「Mattress was awful, my room at the back stunk of weed. Mattress was thin and you could feel the springs. In essence, you get what you pay for but avoid and pay a few £ more for a Travelodge. Couldn’t recommend it less, avoid.」

「Better than expected for the price. Nothing extraordinary however it was clean, felt secure and safe, the owners were attentive and made it clear to reach out if we needed anything. Shared bathroom wasn’t the nicest but it was pretty clean and did the job absolutely. Heating in the room so wasn’t cold. Good overall !」

「Quite dated in decor and furnishings, but all in keeping with the look and feel of an older country residence. Every interaction was a helpful, friendly one. Would return if I have reason to stay in the area again」

「The property overall was very good, but, would have to question why I needed to provide photo ID?」

「Would stay again. Good location and having parking is a bonus.」

「The room was nice and very affordable, nice quiet area and good security with the cameras and door codes. Very easy to book and travel to with bus stop down the street. The main issue was the other people staying there lacking hygiene and respect as whenever I used the toilet there was wee all over the seat. This is not the owners fault, but the other guests. Other than that it was very nice :)」

「First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.」

「訂好酒店後，留意收取電郵，店主給予大門密碼，自行入屋. Very convenient to airport 」

「Lovely stay」
