「The hotel has an impressive exterior and interesting period decor. We upgraded to a superior double room, but it was disappointing: the heating didn’t work, and the TV signal was unreliable. Parking was challenging, and one staff member at breakfast was rude. Upon returning from a day trip, we found our door left open, putting our belongings at risk, and our room had not been serviced or restocked despite reporting it. A lovely building, but service and maintenance need improvement.」

「We had a comfortable stay at Upper House and slept well. Breakfast was enjoyable, and we also had dinner during our visit, the food was lovely and a real highlight. "The Room is not clean enough, the restaurant reception staff was not in good service. We left the restaurant and chose to dine in nearby hotel "

"Good: many restaurants and some groceries stores nearby. Check in: the lady came out and open the entrance door with warm welcome. Fast check in. Room: spacious, there is an extra heater in the room. Quiet around the hotel area. Breakfast: average, good enough. Bad: WIFI: slow, some times, it didn't have signal and wait for a while to have a signal again. Reception: there were no any staff for a while as I was standing for a help. It happened more than once. Bedsheet: there was a hair and some marks, which were not clean enough. TV: no guideline which channels are those. I have to keep enter the numbers in order to look for news channels. I couldn't finally, so I went down to ask the reception for help. The lady was patient to help."
