Disappointing

The room we had was not the room advertised. It needs some maintenance and better cleaning. Louvre doors to close off the bedroom had many slats missing. 22 light

Equivalent to Fawlty Towers but without the service or amentities. Depsite many request broken lighshades, blown light globes, broken drawer, broken cupbaord, 2 teaspoons inadequate supplies, broken shutters, no wifi and I could go own. Problems repeatedly reported with photos and no action in 14 days.

Had everything i needed for comfort while staying in Mackay for work. Cleanliness could be improved. But overall good, would definitely stay again. The lock box needs to be replaced - difficult to get into. TV needs to be bigger. Firmer pools needed. Good sized apartment for 1 person or a couple. Washing machine and dryer great.

Not Happy at all - Disgusting

The unit was dirt from the moment we opened the door. There was hair on the floor and the carpet. The carpet is so badly stained and dirty it needs to be replaced. The lounge has a large hole in it. The TV didnt work properly it had double vision. The bathroom was not cleaned and also had someones hair on the floor. The bed had a plastic protector on it so it sounded and felt terrible and the bed was rock hard. The side tables were covered in dust. There was only one bin liner for a week the crocker is for children. No dishdrainer and not even a proper sponge to wipe down the bench or to do the dishes. The Wifi didnt work for the whole week. Only one chair on the balcony. In general we could not recommend anyone to stay in the unit it was disgusting. The whole unit needs an up grade for it to be up to standard of a four star. We left a day early as we were disgusted with the place.
