「The cabin is situated at the end of a sketchy hotels parking lot. The cabins air conditioning has a pretty hard time keeping the tiny cabin cool. The front lock was tricky and all but falling off. The beach was filthy and the swarms of mosquitos made it impossible to even sit outside. That was pretty disappointing. You are lined up with the backside of other hotels. The area itself is just a tourist trap with hoodie stores and misleading restaurants. The host was impossible to get ahold of and...

「This was all around bad nothing as was described. No heat when we arrived which was fixed. No tv was working the shower didn’t work so no showers for us to use , no toliet paper given either who wants to go get toilet paper on vacation. There’s no host to communicate with. The place was dirty all around live bugs all over inside just gross. People around us all had issues also. Overall not a good experience. Would like a partial refund not sure how to go about that.」

「The property is not decorated remotely like the photos. Bare walls. Everything is very dated and rundown. The house is large with lots of room but a house that size has to be cleaned much better. Bad dust everywhere, floors were sticky, inside all of the kitchen cabinets were filthy. Half the lights in the house didnt work or we the fixtures were missing. Dishwasher was broken, washing machine smelled really bad. Outside landscaping, everything was overgrown and unkept. The path to the driveway...

「This is really just a hotel, not a condo. The room was dirty and the extra facilities listed, like the gym, were inaccessible. Checking out the next day, the front desk was locked up with a sign that said we needed to drive to another hotel to drop off our keys. 」

「The fridge froze everything solid. There was no broom to sweep the dirt out of the cabin. But the location was beautiful. The cabin was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing. We didnt have no wood for the burn pit which the add on line saud it was provided. I would stsy again but i would definitely ask for a broom and then make sure the fridge worked properly. 」
