"I accidentally booked the wrong night and I couldn’t get a refund! Neither a credit for the right night. "

"The mattresses were horrible I could hardly walk when i got up. Back hurt so bad I had to sleep on my pillows. Mattress had squeaky metal springs. Did not eat breakfast. Room was clean, parking was nice. Sketchy area. Loud noises at night.staff was great. "

"I was surprised how nice the room was including the restroom. I have no complaints. Everything was way better than expected especially when considering the good price for the room. Also, the breakfast was good, I enjoyed everything about this Hotel, if returning to Macon, I would certainly stay there again."

"Breakfast was good. But the toilet has a barn door at the foot at the bed. And hard to open. Place is old. They also gave ma a handicapped room when i chose a standard room. They did change it though. "

"The room was nice and comfortable, and overall the hotel was decent. However, the hot tub didn’t work or get hot, which was disappointing. I also found used dirty rags left in the shower when I checked in. Housekeeping and maintenance definitely need some improvement."

"1. The room that we stayed in was a handicapped room - we didn't request it - we were assigned to it. CLEARLY, service animals have stayed in that room because it STUNK of DOG. We kept the AC down much more than comfortable just to try and reduce the smell. 2. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The shower head was a handheld, so not sure if that was a factor, but it took a long time to rinse. 3. Most of the included amenities were missing/out. There was no shampoo, body wash or tissues in the room and none were replenished each day during out 4-night stay, even though we had the room cleaned each day. 4. Two of the three ice machines on the property were broken and the female at the front desk wasn't any help. She went into the kitchen area looking for ice but came out empty handed, even though there was a large pitcher of iced, flavored water for guests to enjoy, so clearly, there was an ice source somewhere."
