Hotel under renovation- pool CLOSED and breakfast unavailable. This was not communicated at any point until we checked in. We traveled with small children and selected this location for the pool and breakfast. We requested a discount, front desk offered a 20% discount but then didn’t know how to enter it. Instructed to call the manager the next day, she was unavailable when I called.

I had bugs 1/2 inch long crawling on me at 4 am. At 8am took a bag with 9 bugs in it to the front desk. The manager informed me they know it’s a problem. I was more than upset since I travel each week.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room had a horrible smell, pool was closed due to Health Inspector concerns, breakfast buffet was a room with hot plates, towels were a rare commodity, everything was new and cheaply done.
