We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. "The property is fantastic, HOWEVER:1) It isn’t ski in/out (at least a 300m walk before you ski through trees to the slopes to get to a red run. We had to drive every day and we’re experienced skiers!2) The room configuration is NOT what is on the website (actual configuration is three doubles, one single, one room with two bunk beds). This made our lives hard as we had told children which rooms they would be in, based on description. We did have a couple of issues while staying, but they were fixed VERY QUICKLY. The owner (local contact) were excellent. "
