Brug for forbedringer.

Da vi ankom til hoteler var der ikke noget vand. Vi fik besked på at de ville ordne problemet, men der gik 1 døgn før der var vand. Urent sengetøj og myrer der kravler over det hele Jeg tænkte omg. Jeg ringer og kan ikke komme i kontakt med nogen. Næste morgen kommer jeg ned og brokker mig over intet vand og urent og myrer . Da vi kommer ned til poolen er de først igang med at rengøre den kl 11.00 og helt snavset urent. Ingen parasol der står oprejst, alle er ødelagt . Stole i pool området der er spredt ud over det hele og rod . de ansatte i pool området sidder og glor på en i stedet for, at gøre deres arbejde ! Der blev ikke gjort rent en eneste gang i den uge vi var der . Vi var nød til at bede dem komme med håndklæder og moppe til selv, at vaske gulv da der ingen rist er ude på badeværelset er der vand ud over det hele hver gang man har været i bad mht håndklæder skifter de kun 1 gang om ugen ? What . Jeg kommer ikke igen

Premier jour le cumulus tombe et inonde la cuisine. Refus de donner une autre chambre. Le réparateur vient le lendemain et nous bloque toute la journée dans l'appartement le temps des réparations. En 7 jours les draps de lits et les serviettes n'ont jamais été changés. La piscine était couverte de mousse verte par endroit car peu d'entretien et inaccessible pendant toute une journée. Aucun arrangement possible et aucun dédommagement après plusieurs réclamations. Expérience que je ne renouvellerai pas ni n'oublierai jamais. Vacances gâchés !!!

Inchecken was eerst een probleem,hadden onze reservering niet volg personeel Via hotel.com uiteindelijk goed gekomen. Appartement prima,ruim en netjes. Minpunt vonden wij dat er niet dagelijks handdoeken werden verschoond en appartement niet schoon gemaakt. Ook geen materiaal om het zelf te doen. Handdoeken kregen we na aandringen 1x verschoond. Voor de rest mooie locatie,prima midweek gehad.

Boek dit hotel aub niet!

Je zult je compleet bedrogen voelen. - appartement was vuil - povere uitrusting. Geen vleesmes, geen schilmesje, geen keukenvuilnisbak... - 3 terrassen maar slechts 1 tafel met 4 stoelen. Dus veel heen en weer sleuren - trap naar dakterras is levensgevaarlijk volledig doorroest! Leuning kapot geroest op verschillende plaatsen. Antwoord van receptie: ja we weten het maar dit ligt aan de zeelucht...!!! - geen water in zwembad eind mei, terwijl het meer dan 25 ° was, en rondom overal putten, bergen met brokstukken en nergens ligbedden te bespeuren - en tot slot zaten we 1,5 dagen zonder een druppel water. Receptie verwittigd ons niet, gaf ook geen uitleg enz. Toen zijn we weggevlucht naar ander hotel. Wel water in zwembad en wel stromend water in kamer.

the apparthotel has the most amazing view

hard to find with no sign anywhere. but it s perle oriental. appartement is spacious and clean. a little worn down with humidity.No toiletries. but you forget all the details to enjoy the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. looking forward to my next visit
