"Glamour and luxury meets Thai hospitality in this gorgeous hotel conveniently located on the Air Link train directly from the BKK airport. Gorgeously designed gold lobby impresses you as you enter. The rooms are tastefully designed with big beds, very comfortable mattresses and all marble bathrooms with walk in shower cabins. The 22nd and 37th floor pools offer impressive views over Bangkok (we preferred floor 22nd due to the sunbed arrangements and the super attentive staff). A massive shoutout to Susie from the Concierge team and Bom from the reception staff for being so helpful, attentive and full of ideas how to enjoy Bangkok and move around! "

"Staff everywhere were all so friendly , we upgraded to a swim up pool room ,it was worth it, gorgeous room and then had the facility of executive lounge available all day. Breakfast in the lounge was lovely. Evening drinks and canopies in lounge were really good. Pool area was gorgeous we would definitely return to this hotel "

"Our stay was lovely! The hotel is very clean and they offer sweet butterfly pea tea upon checking in. Front desk is very responsive when you need assistance. Rooms were clean and bathrooms offered shower and bathtub which was nice. Amenities included a nice gym, rooftop pool and spa options. I got a traditional Thai massage, and was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The location is optimal if you’re staying in Bangkok, as it it close to a few malls, about an hour of BKK airport due to traffic. Princess hotel is actually attached to MBK mall which offers cute shops and spots to eat. Would recommend out stay "

"A good size room with nice amenities. Liked the fact that there were complimentary drinks in the fridge & yummy treats left in our room daily. "

"Our executive room was quite spacious and kept clean during our stay, although the faucet in the washroom kept twisting every time we changed the temperature of the water. Also surprised that there was only one outlet in this large room. The staff from the ground floor to check-in on the 11th to breakfast buffet on the 12th floor were all polite and helpful. The bar/pool/lounge areas on the 11th floor exudes a nice level of sophistication. Breakfast included basic Asian and western staples, which is fine for starting the day. The most disappointing thing to note was the exterior which is filled with merchants engaged in wholesale of textiles and apparel. The only way to get around was with the Grab app, which was crucial for our travels in Bangkok. All in all, a good value for our stay."
