“Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. ”

“Overall loved the place, super easy check in and out procedures. Our host was super responsive to any needs we had. Plus we were in close proximity to our concert venue Bogart’s and all the stuff we wanted to do in town. Everyone loved the hot tub too!”

“No issues with the property at all. The area it’s in appears to be undergoing a renewal of sorts. Looks like it will be nicer in the future or at least the potential is there. ”

“The location was in a perfect spot and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go to all the places that we wanted to visit. The beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. I see comments from other reviews that we should understand "historic home" to mean that the temperature cannot really be controlled, which is……

“My wife and I stayed in Cincinnati for two Reds baseball games and this condo was in a perfect place to get there and also get around to other sites in downtown Cincinnati. The condo itself is beautiful and you can tell the owner did a lot of upgrades to make it a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was available and all amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.”

“Really cute 3rd floor walk up. 2 bedrooms beautiful space & views. We were able to walk everywhere from baseball park to Finley market. Tons of bars & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.”

“It was a nice place. The back stairs carpet could be replaced. Christmas decorations probably need to be taking down. Front step is very wobbly. A roof over the hot tub would be nice. We enjoyed our time there.”

“This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. House had everything you need on hand. Perfect spot off the beaten path but close to all the activities you want. The hosts Emily and Scott were great, very helpful and welcoming and great communication. Would 100% stay here again if we make our way back up to the area.”
