「Great 」

「The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. 」

「Beware of this hotel. I booked via hotel.com. Paid the price before hand and when I arrived, I was told that I don’t have any reservations. When I showed the booking confirmation, the reception said they can’t see it on their end. I was scammed although I was very alert. Beware. Never pay online. Always pay upfront.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel.
