"Corridors smell of food, room was dark and dull , poor lighting , the location was great. Break is quite poor and felt rushed , like a canteen environment. Rooms are run down and need to be modernised. Not really value for money "

"Breakfast don’t have much options, we were expecting a continental breakfast, also the washroom was too small and shower room water was spreading all over the washroom "

"I am very pleased with the experience. I just want to mention.if you came to Madina by HHR, You can go to the hotel next to the budget office there is a corridor that lead to the hotel indoor. The staff are great from check in to check out. We really enjoyed our stay thank you so much Allah bless you"

"Very outdated and filthy inside. It’s a vast building so unless you’re near a lift you’ll be walking and then waiting for a lift for space close to prayer time. Staff were friendly and nice. Until they refurb the whole hotel and floors it is not worth going to for now. I’m sure it’ll redeem it self in the future."
