“Things I liked: -Front desk staff was really kind and welcoming. Especially AbdulBari who went above and beyond to accommodate. Def the best part about the stay. - breakfast on R was great with helpful staff. Things I didn’t like: -housekeeping supervisor was not friendly (Egyptian) I forgot his name. We had issues where they wouldn’t replenish water. Overall I was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping. The most useful and helpful person was Arif who would go above and beyond - that was……

“Clean room, kind and helpful staff, and a breakfast with a good variety of options. The only feedback I have is for families traveling with kids: there was no connecting door between the rooms. Every time I wanted to speak with my family members in the other room, I had to leave my room, go into the hallway, and then enter their room. That was the only inconvenient part of my stay. Otherwise, everything was excellent.”
