“The room was extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the property was unsafe and completely unsuitable for us to stay. We were so concerned by the conditions that we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, the photos and ratings we relied upon when making our reservation did not accurately represent the actual condition of the room. The discrepancy was so significant that we consider the online representation to be seriously misleading and fraudulent.”

“Our stay at The Little Jxn Gem was so amazing! The check in was easy and the home was just as the listing described. The tiny home was so adorable, very clean, and just enough for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe as well. The home even had an alarm system which added to the security and comfort of the home. The host was quick to respond for any questions that we had. We will definitely stay again at The Little Jxn Gem!”

“We never got out of the car because this property was in such a scary part of town with sketchy looking men hanging around the area. Being somewhat familiar with Jackson, I knew instantly this was not a safe place to stay. I asked for a partial refund since we were unable to in good conscience stay there, but it was not permitted. Because of this, I did not cancel the reservation because I wanted to be able to write a review and worn other travelers– don’t be deceived by this great price or the……

“Awful is not bad enough. FAKE ADVERTISING AND MISREPRESENTATION!!! I left one day earlier. The place was a real dump! The floors were filthy: there were actually drops of blood on the bathroom floor. I did not use the Jacuzzi because it was filthy. The sheets were yellow, and the “pillows“ flat an one inch thick!!! The paint on the wall was chipped, with large swats missing in the bathroom. The electrical plugs were filled with grease, and revolting. The carpet was filthy and sticky. The……
