“This is our second time staying here. Everything was as expected, one heater had an issue and they came out and figured out a solution quickly. We really like this space for when it’s chilly so we can camp and not worry about the kids getting too cold at night. It’s very convenient and It’s so close to a lot of really great things to do with the kids. ”

“There was no heater. There were two electric blankets… only on worked. There is little light inside A-frame. Bring a heater and light source. One bathroom for all the A-frame cabins. Tough going in the morning. The scenery was awesome. The staff was friendly. Will get a larger unit if we return.”

“Location is great, right on the Kings River. 15 minutes from Berryville and 15 minutes from Eureka Springs. Communication with the host is super easy.”

“This was a great spot to stay with our kids. Close enough to walk the river and a short drive town with all kinds of things to do. The onsite bathrooms were clean and great to have for use. Be ready to walk up and up all around the area. We had a great time making memories here and will be back for another trip! ”
