「Property was nice and very clean. Well stocked and roomy kitchen . Farmers market and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. Had a great stay and would definitely return. Responsive host.」

「Very clean, super cute and comfortable. Loved the coffee in the morning. Location was perfect and parking in the garage was nice. Would stay again!!」

「We loved the condo and had a wonderful time!!」

「This apartment was perfect for my needs while I was taking part in 2 athletic events in Des Moines. My scheduled travel partner was not able to attend leaving me as a single female. With codes to external & internal doors and a quiet building and neighborhood, I felt very safe. I was even able to shelter in the basement gym, during a tornado alert. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and Mac added lots of useful extras. He was also a quick and helpful communicator. I would definitely stay...

「This is a great place to stay! It is located in downtown Des Moines...walking distance to many great restaurants. Also if you are there on Saturday, the Downtown Farmer's Market is just out your door, and is one of the best in the country. The condo is neat, well appointed and nicely decorated. Once we got in and into the flow of entry and parking, it was easy!」

「Great location, perfect for two people. It is cumbersome to check in and get fob for parking. Very loud street partying on weekend nights. Location is great for downtown bar scene.」
