“The host was great and the house was very cute and had a lot of great extras. The only thing that kept this from being a five star was that the cleaning was a bit stale. There were dead bugs underneath the curtains near the back patio door, and there was some dust here and there. Overall, the place definitely looks maintained, it just needed a better and more thorough cleaning right before we arrived. The description also needs to be more specific in describing the beds, because I think it would……

“We made reservations at this location 5 months in advance for a big family event. For the THIRD time, a CSTAT host caught wind of a special event that made their space worth a lot more and cancelled with no notification to us with less than a week before our event. There is no “maintenance” that could have not been done with a week that warranted doing that to a family KNOWING there was not another space within 30 miles that was not THOUSANDS more”

“We were very impressed with this little gem of a place in Bryan. Clean, plenty of room and a very reasonable price for this area during a busy time of year. It was A&M graduation weekend and a last minute choice to stay for the whole weekend. The host was great and it was a smooth check-in and out.
