“We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. I did not meet one unkind staff member. Definitely would stay at a spark again.”

“I stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling for work and experienced multiple issues that were not adequately addressed. The property appeared to have a high number of long-term residents, with individuals frequently gathered and smoking near the main entrance, which created an unprofessional first impression. The first night was disrupted by significant noise from the room above, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast was very limited. The English muffins were stale, fruit options……

“The room was standard—clean, spacious, and free of any musty odors. It was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, TV, and hair dryer. The mattress was comfortable, though a bit too soft for my personal preference. Breakfast was standard fare.”

“Parking was easy, check in was alittle difficult as it was hard to understand the man checking us in. He had a strong accent. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.”

“The room was a mix of new and worn. The sink, faucet the granite counter top were new and nice. The shower was new, but there was nowhere to hang a towel. The chair was in bad shape and worn out. The flooring was new. The lamp on the desk had the wire partially pulled out of the plug so it did not work. The tops of the desk, end table and by the tv was damaged and needed replacing. When I went to use the ice machine it was jammed with no way to get the ice out. In trying to get ice the whole……

“The stay was very good and the property was nice. A little disappointed in the breakfast food selection. Also, cleanup of the trash & floors wasn’t done when needed.”

“The outside had a trash bag sitting by the door. The parking lot was filled with trash. The bed spreads were stained and the room floor was sticky in spots. ”

“We had a fabulous time at our countryside retreat in Athens. It was very easy to get to campus but when you were at the house - it was a wonderful oasis. We would definitely stay there again! ”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived here. It is nicely furnished. Almost everything is new! It has so many amenities not listed. Our family enjoyed playing pool in the downstairs game room. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. It was perfect for our family of five but has nice beds for 10 more people. ”
