Quiet, cozy cabin in the woods- just what we were looking for!! We had everything we needed for our vacation especially in the kitchen as we did lots and lots of cooking. We had a great time!
We felt at home, best vacation rental we have stayed in. Plenty of room for the dog, plenty of room for the family, very private and a looooong driveway! There is even a baby/toddler playroom! A must stay!
We stayed here to visit family near by! Loved how secluded it was so the little ones could rub around with out any worries of other cars! Everything about this place was perfect! Can’t wait to visit again soon!
this house is amazing. The driveway is like a mile long. The seclusion is priceless. There are walking trails everywhere. The house is super cozy and warm with everything you need for a great stay. And it was exceptionally clean. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. Listen, if you don't want to be bothered by anyone but a deer, I highly recommend this property. And they allow pets. My dog was off leash the whole time.
There were six of us that celebrated a 70th birthday and had a great pj party before seeing a play at nearby Lakewood Theater. The property was amazing with a gourmet kitchen and gardens. Highly recommend for a relaxing, private stay.
Donna is a great host, the cabin has absolutely everything you could ever need for cooking or entertainment. It is rural, beautiful, and well kept. The paved drive and courtesy lighting on the driveway is fantastic if pulling a trailer.
The cabin was very clean and very well stocked. The host has thought of everything. Stairs are a quite steep going up to the master bedroom but we had no issues with that. Quaint, quiet spot in the woods. Great place to relax and get away.
Beautiful home, beautiful property. We had a great time walking some of the trails with our dog. It was quiet and peaceful set back into the woods but still very close to stores and gas stations. All in all it was an amazing week with an amazing place to get away for my birthday :)
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin--everything was very clean and well organized, with coffee and tea, all the utensils and pots one would need. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. We especially enjoyed the fact that there was a fire pit--lovely for a warm evening. We were able to get back and forth to Colby College in 30 minutes and had dinner in Skowhegan.
This property was amazing. It was so private and quiet but is actually very close to the grocery store, take out and the Dunkin. We spent the morning and evening at the fire pit. The only negative was spotty Wi-Fi and tv reception but we actually enjoyed not having it for a few days. I hope we can find a reason to go back for a visit.
Was a beautiful place, si peaceful & we were there for my son's wedding so was a very hectic few days. But going back to the cabin was so relaxing! Loved staying there & absolutely would go back !
This place was perfect for my friends and I, the property is very beautiful with lots of outdoor space. Very clean property with a great view of the stars.
