Bed frame was lopsided, felt like I was going to fall out, mattress was very cushy (I prefer firm) and sheets were stained. Desk and chair in room had big red blotch on them. In bathroom when I went to grab a kleenex (located in the wall) the whole metal thing came out.

Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms need an overhaul. The room needed a complete overhaul. The carpet was worn and grimy; closet doors were broken; cabinet drawer in window seat was missing; tub and its fixtures were worn and stained; bathroom walls and cove molding had old, ground in dirt and stains.

Mold in room, stains everywhere (covering all the pillows—to the point I could not sleep on any of them—, sheets, comforter), white stains on chair, concerning things on bathroom shower metal, unaware of/ not made known of the connecting door between me and the room next to me (whom I do not know), bugs, etc. Everything in the room was not as pictured and was highly concerning in terms of sanitation for the customers/client aka people coming in. Beyond that, also a level of safety. Going off of that, please be aware, in this hotel (with the connecting door), there was and is an all glass wall which felt and looked like a one way mirror. The moment I stepped in + saw that mirror, I already felt like I was being watched, not to mention the parking lot. I left within an hour with the only reason it being an hour was because I had a break down and also spent some of it in the car. Nevertheless, it was a scary and terrifying/terrible experience. To the point I had to leave immediately and ask for a refund because I was genuinely both terrified and enraged at the service/state of the room. Please don't recommend this place to people. The woman who helped me seemed nice although I believe her attitude may have slightly changed afterwards (may have). But once again, I hated my experience in term of room and stay. -000000000000/10

The door latch was missing, there were black laced panties on the floor, there was a huge white wipe across the huge mirror behind the bed (what could that be ???), the florescent lights didn't put out much light, the heat never worked just the fan, other lights were missing and/or didn't work. Then after making arrangements for a late checkout the day before, I had a crazy employee continuously pounding on my door, yelling " Get Out" !!!!

The entire hotel was dirty and need of simple renovation. (Wash wall and paint; carpet cleaning; etc.). The bed did not appear to be clean sheets, but simply remade from the previous guest (called front desk and housekeeping came to strip and make the bed).

Clean room but super small. Our front desk girl was awesome but when we left to check out the other front desk woman got into a fight with someone checking out and was swearing at them. Very uncomfortable. Was okay for a night but probably won’t stay again.

Staff were very friendly. Front desk person and breakfast staff person were great. Breakfast person kept the dining area open and stocked past the 9:30 closing time because she saw that there were so many people there enjoying breakfast. 9:30 close on a weekend seemed a bit early anyway so that was nice. That being said… the hotel itself needs a major face lift! Everything is old, dated, faded, dirty, broken and or not working properly. Keep the staff and upgrade the decor and this could be a great hotel. Close to the mall and places to eat, easy to get to and plenty of parking.

We had the worst experience. We reserved months in advance, something happening at Madison all hotels per friendly were booked. When we got there to check in, we were told there was only one room available. It had the windows opened, it stank. Sheets were dirty and stained. There was dust everywhere, and the room was horrible. We took pictures and showed them to the staff as we requested clean sheets. They took our phone number, nobody has contacted us. We checked our bank account and they overcharged us. Expedia showed 150 and the hotel charged 190.
