Good room. It was big and comfortable. Great bathroom as well. It was in an excellent location. Very close to the train station. Also liked that you had very local places to eat. If you wanted a more tourist side, you just have to walk up Antocha Street and boom all the fun.
I didn't like the attitude of 2 particular staff members. The first time, we ask about the temperature of the heater, we felt the room very hot. The "rude" response was just to open the doors or windows becuase there was nothing they could do. A second night, we got to the room a little after midnight and turn on the tv. I was about to take a shower when I hear someone knocking on the door. I open the door in a sport bra and this guy started bickering on my telling over and over again that people couldn't sleep because the TV was loud. I apologize and was about to close the door to turn down the TV but he would not let me and kept repeating the things over and over again. I just needed him to leave to I could turn down the TV. He was rude and inappropriate. By the way we slept all 4 night with the doors of the balcony open due to the heat.
But other than those 2 issues everything else was great. It was a fantastic hotel.
