"There was trash left in a can in my room. Mattress comfortable but pillows were ultra thin. Nice room overall. Not super soundproof. Staff was ok but not the most helpful. Parking is not with the hotel, you have to find one around that is not full. Very expensive."

"The staff were very dry and unhelpful. They didn't want to engage in conversation or even say hello. Many times we would pass by employees and they would avoid eye contact and not say a word.
