We would like to apologize for not being able to be clear with your request in the moment of the check in. Let us explain our children policy: the maximum capacity of the standard rooms, like the one you booked, is 2 people. For 3 people, adults or adults plus children, the available rooms are Deluxe and Top Terrace. Legally, we cannot accommodate more than 2 people in other room types. That is why, when you arrived at the hotel, we indicated that it was necessary to make an upgrade to a superior room, since you only did the booking initally for 2 people. The price difference is not something fix, depending on the season it is between 15 and 20% of the rate of that day per person. That is why the person at the front desk has to check the system in order to give you the exact amount. That's why she couldn’t informed immediately, however we will make sure to improve this process to make it faster. We hope that this explanation has clarified your doubts and we apologize again for the impression you had.
