Séjour madrilène

Logement fonctionnel à proximité du métro et à 2,3 kms à pieds du parc Retiro. Le quartier est calme et l'accès au centre historique de Madrid rapide.Alba nous a très bien reçus et renseignés.Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour un couple ou une personne seule.

They were very nice and helpful with directions. There was a whole in the wall that you can see cables. It was very clean, but it was 95 degrees and there was no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan, felt very muggy. It is a few min to train station to go downtown. It is definitely not a tourist neighborhood, it can feel intimidating at first, but we were fine, there’s a close grocery store and cheap places to eat.

Appartement inhabitable, insalubre, avec des insectes et des poils dans le lit. L’appartement est encore en travaux, les murs ne sont pas peints ou très abîmés.L’humidité est plus que présente et cela peut être dangereux.Le quartier n’est pas le plus favorable.

Da dimenticare la struttura

Puzza di muffa, pareti scrostate, spazzi angusti, buono solo il bagno, anche se piccolo e l'accoglienza. Manca l'aria condizionata.

Boa relação preço qualidade

Os proprietários fizeram o possível para uma estadia confortável. O apartamento é modesto e outro ponto negativo é não ter luz natural. Mas é suficiente para quem quer estar fora o dia todo e só precisa do apartamento para dormir.

Puente

Hemos estado muy agusto, el metro muy cerca para poder desplazarnos a diferentes puntos céntricos. En cuanto al apartamento, tiene todo lo imprescindible para una estancia cómoda. Cualquier cosa que necesitábamos, recurríamos a Alba y Toni y no ponían problema a nada.Súper recomendado!!

De eigenaar was super vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Het appartement was klein, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Helaas is er weinig ontluchting in de badkamer en zit daar schimmel tussen de voegen. Het water is wel lekker warm.Het ontbijt bestaat uit een zak chocladecroissantjes,een pak melk, een pak sinaasappelsap en een pak koffie voor 4 dagen. Er staat een goed bed en het was warm genoeg.

Desde el primer momento buena comunicación, se adaptaron a nuestro horario de llegada. La atención, la limpieza e incluso los detalles como un pequeño kit de desayuno. Small basic apartment with all necesities in a quiet area, well equipped kitchen, with a fridge that had orange juice and milk. Ground coffee and pastries for breakfast. Good wifi connection, hot water for the shower and good pressure. Nice warm sheets for the bed. Space heater works very well. Short walk to the main street with restaurants, stores, bars, groceries. All these at prices for the normal people outside the tourist areas of Sol, Mayor, etc. Metro station close by (Vellacas) for line 1 to go either to Atocha or Chamartin station or Plaza del Sol . Bus line 10 will take you to Cibeles and from there walk to Gran Via and all attractions. Alba was very helfull by providing us informacion to stores nearby, transport etc.
