My plane was delayed due to cyber attacks. I called ahead to let them know I might be late, but I couldn’t reach “Erik” before 12. Fifteen minutes later, I was 15 minutes late to check in and had nowhere to go on my first night in Spain. Highly NOT recommended!

I was looked after ok but another woman my age was told she had to take a top bunk because there were none others left when there were 6 empty bottom bunks. Uncool.

It was not what I expected or what the images show

The beds were too flimsy, unstable and noisy when someone moved. The sinks were very uncomfortable.

The reception works until midnight. There was a sign with a phone number telling that you could call to check in after midnight but it doesn't work. The reception starts working at 10am. I just didn't sleep in the streets because the people that were staying there was amazing. Totally terrible.

The bathrooms had urine all over the floors and feces on most of the toilets. The showers had no seating to get dressed and were very small. The water also drained outside into the middle of the floor so your bags would get wet if you left them in the wrong place. The AC didn't work and it was very hot and stuffy.

Atendimento das funcionárias foi otimo. Porem o banheiro pra tomar banho eh horrivel, a cama que dormi foi a de cima e mexe muito e faz muito barulhos e pra piorar,sei que nao eh culpa do hostel mas tinha umas senhoras muito mal educadas fazendo barulho meia noite ate briguei com elas falta de respeito total

Excellente adresse pour une étape

Très pratique car bien située près de la gare Atocha et du musée Reine Sofia, l’AJ est propre et dans un quartier calme et sûr. Des commerces à proximité immédiate permettent de se nourrir et se distraire. Possibilité de cuisiner. Personnel efficace et sympathique.

Cobran absolutamente todo como si fuera el gran hotel desde que uno llega le piden a uno casi 100€ de depósito por las cosas que prestan y lo hacen ver como si fuera obligación , buscamos un lugar económico para pasar la noche y salen con esta sorpresita la verdad se creen demasiado para lo que son , cuidado al bajarsen de la nube se golpean 😂

El lugar más malo

La atención no es del todo mala pero una chica mona cubana me pidió todos los datos de mi tarjeta de creditolos incluido el código cvv que sino no podía hospedarme y el día lunes reviso mi tarjeta para hacer otra reserva y mi cuenta estaba sin fondos 😭❓ cuidado con este lugar la ubicación está en lo más malo de todo Madrid

Es bueno si vas de paso y solo es 1-2 noches, no para una estadía larga. Cumple su objetivo de tener un lugar donde dormir. El personal de la recepción es super amigable y buena onda. La chica de la limpieza es muy alegre y hace muy buen trabajo.
