Fantastic place to stay for a short trip to Madrid, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the area was very quiet. We made good use of the amenities although the studio apartment was a little smaller than it looked on photos, otherwise everything was great and the self-check in and check out system was very smooth. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was gorgeous and very clean. In a beautiful trendy area not far from central Madrid. The only one problem we had was the temperature of the apartment it was freezing cold! Management tried to help online but it didn’t solve the issue. But otherwise lovely.

Caterina Río is a modern building in a nice neighborhood. Easy to go around the city by metro or bus. The check in was smooth and easy. The problem is once you are in. The studio apartment was nice but super hot and not well cleaned. It was 80 degrees inside. I called and spoke with 3 different costumer service representatives, neither one was helpful. They told me that because it was Saturday, I needed to wait until Monday for service on the unit. Then I used their 24/7 chat box to ask for help. The guy last name Ortiz, told me that it was a city law that they couldn’t get the air conditioning to work after summer(I think he thought I was going to believe him).It was 63 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside the studio marked by the thermostat. To top it off it was a first floor, so we couldn’t open the windows to go to sleep. We had to open the windows for 30 minutes to let the studio cool off and then close it again so we could go to sleep. Neither one of us slept all three nights we were there. By the way Monday came and no one contacted us or even cared about us being in a sauna. I learned a lesson, no more condo type of accommodations outside of the USA. From now on only hotels.

The place was just immaculate. The room was clean. It was easy to access. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Our stay here for the weekend was great. It is a bit far from the main sites in Madrid but nothing an Uber couldn't handle.

Very wel located en equipped apartment for your stay in Madrid. A bit complicated to find. And they use their own online platform which make it some what complicated as you have to make a new agreement with them their. There they ask a fee for cleaning but finally it seems to be included in the Expedia price.

The apartment itself is pretty and in a nice and quick area. You have a supermarket very close by and some other places you can go to get food. The instructions and self check-in are very convenient but I tried to contact customer support through their portal and it was impossible. They claimed it not AI responding to your messages but it clearly was. It was such a waste of time. Basically the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall I guess because the bracket or the piece that holds it broke so taking a shower was very difficult trying to hold the shower head with one hand and doing everything else with the other hand. It was annoying. We couldn’t find the clothes iron anywhere and they need to provide with more shampoo and shower gel of better quality and maybe more towels? The washing machine and the hair dryer were amazing. We didn’t use the dishwasher but it’s great to have one just in case you need it. I slept on the sofa bed and it’s not amazingly comfortable but it does the job. I suggest to change the rug in the living room. It does leave some fibers on your socks or your clothes (if you sit on the floor) that feels itchy. Overall the apartment is cool but these recommendations would definitely help to improve the guests stay.

The room was dirty when we arrived, it was left in a mess and we had a bad experience when checking in. We requested for an earlier check in for an hour earlier than expected, but they said the room is being prepared for us to check in. When we checked in at our given time slot, we were welcomed by an untidy bed, towels on the floor in the bathroom, fridge was dirty as there was drinks spilt in the fridge, over all cleanliness of apartment was bad. We had to wait an extra hour for them to clean the room so we could check in.

The apartment is in a large apartment block with an electronic four digit code to enter the block. As people are frequently coming and going it is easy to access the block with no access code. We were there 5 nights and on one night, a man was wondering around inside the block waving in the window as we had breakfast (apartment on ground floor). On another night a fast-food delivery man asked us to allow him out of the block as he was not able to find his was out. The room itself has an electronic code for access, the same code as the code to enter the whole apartment block. You cannot lock the room from inside. In summary the security is non-existent within the apartment block or the apartment itself. ... On our second day the dish washer would not work, we contacted the "on-line host". The dish washer was not fixed during our stay. ... We stayed 5 nights, you are provided with one dishwasher tablet, one washing machine tablet, and two towels (for two people) for the total stay.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area of Madrid. Madrid Río park is nearby, making it a lovely place for walking, and there are several supermarkets within easy reach. The neighborhood is very clean, attractive, and well connected by public transport. The apartment itself is new and beautiful. It is small but very well-equipped and has enough space for everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
